John has spent more than thirty five years in real estate fund management, most of it running institutional property funds through several market cycles, including a UK property fund valued at over £3.5 billion. He led the launch of a long lease property fund that raised £270 million of institutional equity, winning buy ratings from investment consultants along the way.
Alongside that he holds non-executive and audit committee roles at housing organisations responsible for thousands of homes, where governance, risk and investment decisions are held to a regulated standard.
At Wilton he advises the board on governance, investment discipline and how client portfolios are structured and overseen.
