Who we are

Wilton Property Partners is a trading name of Beng Residences Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15866497. Our registered address is Office 204, 10 Courtenay Road, East Lane, Wembley, London HA9 7ND.

For the purposes of UK data protection law, Beng Residences Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at contact@wiltonpp.com.

What we collect

When you complete the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the area you are based in, the capital you have in mind, your income objective, your timeframe, how you heard about us and anything you write in the message field.

When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email address, telephone number and your answers to our qualifying questions, and creates a calendar invitation with a video meeting link.

We also collect basic analytics about visits to this website, such as pages viewed, approximate location and the source that referred you. This is aggregate information and we do not use it to identify you.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to arrange and hold a call, to assess whether what we do is a fit for what you want, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: specifically, our interest in responding to people who approach us about our services, and your interest in receiving a response. Where you book a call, we also rely on the steps necessary to enter into a contract at your request.

We do not use your information to send marketing you have not asked for.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted by our website provider and is accessible to the Wilton team.

When an enquiry arrives, a short alert is posted to a private internal channel so that the team sees it promptly. That alert deliberately excludes your email address and telephone number. Your contact details remain in the database and are not circulated.

We use the following providers, who process personal data on our behalf: Lovable, for website hosting and the database that stores enquiries. Cloudflare, for website delivery. Calendly, for scheduling calls. Google, for calendar, video meetings and our email. Discord, for the internal alert described above.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Where it is held

Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not lead to a client relationship for 24 months, after which we delete them. Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as we act for you and for six years afterwards, to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict how we use it, to object to our using it, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these, email contact@wiltonpp.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would ask you to raise it with us first so we have the chance to put it right.
